Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY - Palmea Beauty

At Palmea Beauty, every product is made fresh, just for you.

We use a made-to-order model with our premium partner Supliful to ensure the highest quality, freshness, and to reduce waste. This means your order is not sitting in a warehouse for months.

Estimated Delivery Times:

•  Production Time: 2-5 business days

•  Shipping Time: 8-12 business days after production

•  Total Estimated Time: 10-15 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends and holidays. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues outside our control.

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For health and hygiene reasons, all beauty and skincare products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or if the safety seal is broken.

We WILL accept returns / offer a free replacement if:

•  You received the wrong item

•  Your product arrived damaged or broken during transit

•  Your order was lost by the carrier

How to request:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us at disscahif37@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

If approved, we will ship a brand new replacement to you for FREE. You do not need to return the damaged item. We do not offer monetary refunds for hygiene products, only replacements, unless the order is confirmed lost.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 12 hours, your order is automatically sent to production at our fulfillment facility and can no longer be canceled, as each item is custom-made for you.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us.

We only collect the essential information needed to process your order: your name, shipping address, email, and payment information.

Your payment information is 100% secure. We use Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe for processing. We never see or store your credit card number.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
